Salt & Pepper Tofu al Gin Khao Bistro Sentosa Cove — Recensione di Vikas Garg (18 mag 2021)

Sometimes the simplest dishes are the best thing on the menu. Big chunks of tofu deep fried with a hint of white pepper and sea salt. I could’ve eaten three orders of these but they actually were quite filling and so damn good! One of my new favorite dishes in Sentosa Cove along with the pizza from Boater’s Bar!
