I suspect this product is a hit and miss with people, and that the strange consistency of the uncooked product might be a big turn off for some. I thought it was weird the first time I had it, but once cooked, it's pretty decent! I usually make breakfast burritos with it, but I've also used it on a Big Mac style pizza.
