Great flavour and texture - I used to love calamari before I was vegan and I was impressed by how similar this was - kinda tough and almost rubbery in that seafoody way. I think they were made from king oyster mushrooms? I really enjoyed it, but it was pretty damn pricey at £7 for a smallish portion
