The Brave Robot ice creams are phenomenal. Using a new “animal-free whey protein”, which they say is molecularly identical to dairy whey, they’re able to create a rich, creamy ice cream base that I would say is indistinguishable from cow dairy ice cream! Check out their website for all the details on their process. Typically I don’t love super chocolate-y ice creams, but I devoured this one. I highly recommend their raspberry truffle flavor!! I’ll post that next time I get my hands on it. If you see this brand in stores, do not hesitate to give it a try!
