Review of Bowl 1 at Dingers Deli by pdxveg
This consists of grilled baby portabella mushrooms, braised greens, seasoned white beans, avocado, cucumbers, shaved radish, and hemp seeds on quinoa, plus a couple of very tasty garlic fennel “vegballs”. It has so much going for it! It is both nourishing and comforting and goes really well with their (plant-based) meat-centric sandwiches.
