This consisted of house vegan whitefish salad, vegan cream cheese, tomato, onion, capers, and dill on an everything bagel. This was amazing! You’d never guess that the whitefish was made from plants, and the variety of flavors went really well together. They were so generous with the filling that it barely fit inside the bagel.
