Roasted Pumpkin al Monster Kitchen and Bar — Recensione di ed8080 (7 ott 2020)

Another dish at Monster that's indicated as vegetarian on the menu but which can be made vegan on request, in this case replacing the spiced yoghurt with a miso dressing. The sprinkling of seeds happily remains and the pumpkin itself was cooked perfectly, skin left on. Really delicious enjoyed by the whole table.
