Roasted Pumpkin

Another dish at Monster that's indicated as vegetarian on the menu but which can be made vegan on request, in this case replacing the spiced yoghurt with a miso dressing. The sprinkling of seeds happily remains and the pumpkin itself was cooked perfectly, skin left on. Really delicious enjoyed by the whole table. #veganisnotscary
