This consisted of steamed broccoli, grilled sweet potatoes and onions, seasoned white beans, basil almond ricotta, and hemp seeds on quinoa, plus garlic fennel “vegballs”. Really flavorful and also very nourishing. Those healthy ingredients went so well with each other. The basil almond ricotta was especially amazing, as were the “vegballs”.
