One of the vegetarian/vegan nasi lemak places in KL which actually believe in cooking their rice with coconut milk. That alone is commendable. This comes as a set (with protein sheets masquerading as sotong sambal, curry potato + mock meat, and the usual cucumber + long bean + kacang and chilli), but you can always add other stuff from the display as side dishes.
