Roasted Beet and Tempeh Salad al Asha — Recensione di pdxveg (22 lug 2020)

This consisted of savory tempeh, roasted beets, pickled daikon radish, and a carrot cabbage slaw served over mixed greens tossed in a coconut poppy seed dressing. It was very flavorful, especially the tempeh, and refreshing, great for a hot day. We appreciated the generous quantity of beets.
