(Sorry took this shot in low artificial light so the pic quality does this dish no justice; anyway) love their relatively wider range of vegan options here :’) They use Korean firm tofu if I’m not wrong & their kimchi is housemade! Pumpkins were a little undercooked and spinach was kinda tough but the portion was very generous and there’s Korean pearl white rice :’) Their soy garlic dressing is really tasty & was very much appreciated as well; many other non-veg places only offer plain soy sauce xD Thank you Dosirak!! :D #sgeats #korean #rice
