This consisted of braised and seasoned jackfruit, pinto beans, green and purple cabbage, tri-colored quinoa, amaranth, long grain brown rice, Colusari red rice, topped with a big scoop of mango, pineapple and peach pico de gallo, plus avocado and a special green sauce. This had a very satisfying combination of flavors and textures.
