This consisted of a toasted ciabatta bun with their yummy jackfruit salad (jackfruit, thyme, dill, scallions, celery, dill pickles, red onions, capers, carrots, cranberries, lemon juice, parsley, pink sea salt, soy-free mayo, mustard, and black pepper), Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, and avocado. They weren’t kidding when they said that it is like chicken salad, but way better!
