Review of Marmite yeast extract - Marmite by choyyuen
Marmite yeast extract has always been my favorite. I add this into my brown rice porridge for extra flavor. I may also add 1 teaspoon of marmite to 1 cup of warm water to make a delicious instant marmite soup. 😋
Don't be put off by the intense savoury taste of marmite. Our digestion process actually requires some salt. In addition, a new study has suggested that eating marmite could have positive impact on brain activity.
