Innovative and delicious! The burger doesn’t really resemble an animal-based one, but that’s fine! It’s in a class of its own. It consists of a house-made beet-lentil-walnut patty, garlic aioli, seasonal greens, and chimichurri, topped with house pickles and fried shallots. Served on a toasted bun.
