Extra guacamole will be given if you ask for no cheese. This was extremely filling even though it was the mini version and without the tortilla wrap, due to the generous serving of marinated rice and black beans. Loved how the marinade tied all the cut vegetables, the sliced mushrooms, the rice and the black beans all together. Wished it was more student-budget-friendly and if they had more than one vegan option for the filling though! #nuseats #burritobowl #mexicanfood #rice #beans
