Massaman curry is a staple in Thailand, and something you can order anywhere that’s guaranteed to be vegan. This curry was very flavourful with tons of spices, yet not too hot! The potatoes and cooked veggies make it a filling and hearty meal for a cold day in the north of Thailand.
