With Frickin’ Delights closing this week, I asked my partner to drop in on the way to work to get some donuts before they sell out. This is a special favour they’ve been making by request and I was surprised it matcha fudge was a vanilla donut. I assumed it would be chocolate. Still delicious either way. Last day is Aug 4th I believe.

A cute little donut bakery in the heart of downtown Victoria. They make vegan cake donuts (not gluten free) and have about 8 rotating flavours daily they post on Instagram. I love supporting them but as small business operators they have been very open about they struggle to stay in business. They often sell out of donuts but the space they are in may be too big or expensive for their size of operation. I hope they can find the right balance to stay open for many years to come as they are truly lovely people who make delicious donuts.
