The flavour of the maple miso glaze was different and super tasty. The menu at this brewery is amazing. Was so happy to come across this spot.

Smoked Maple Banh Mi

So good. The dish is vegetarian as the standard but is easily veganized. The menu at this brewery was more than half vegetarian and vegan. The beer was awesome too. A new favorite for my husband and me.
