The best thing ever! Now you can veganize ANY burger from the Mercadito’s burger stand. They offer a beyond patty and to replace all animal sourced ingredients into plant based ingredients. I chose the Gaucho burger with the beyond patty and instead of cheese I ordered guacamole. It was so good and juicy! The patty was perfectly cooked and the ingredients were so fresh. The burger itself had Argentinian chimichurri and it gave it a great spicy flavour. Also, the fries here are THE BOMB. So good and crispy. I throughly recommend.

Definitely recommend this dish. It’s very delicious. You can choose the base of the poke bowl between sushi rice, whole grain rice or greens like kale, lettuce, etc. There’s also the possibility to create the bowl from scratch, but I went with the predetermined veggie bowl. It had a lot of tofu and delicious veggies. I choose half sushi rice, half greens. It was crunchy because of the greens and soft because of the tofu and rice. The taste was amazing too!! I added seaweed as seasoning which gave it a nice seafood flavor. I am not a huge fan of the food from the sea, but it added a great umami flavor. There’s also other seasoning like peanuts, sesame seeds, etc. It is a bit pricey honestly, not cheap at all. But it’s nice if you ever want to treat yourself to something tasty.

The Mercadito is a place where you can find various restaurants in the same place. This tomato, garlic, and jalapeño pasta came from the Italian restaurant, Pizza Galería. It is a very delicious pasta. Well cooked with the right amount of spiciness. It has lots of sauce and it comes with cherry tomatoes and pieces of jalapeño. It’s accompanied by two tiny pieces of bread perfect for dipping in the sauce. Highly recommended. The price is not too high, but not too low. Stop by if you have a pasta craving! 🍝

El restaurante no es 100% vegano, sin embargo, ofrecen esta opción veggie con torta de frijol. La hamburguesa contiene torta de frijol, guacamole, platano maduro, lechuga y tomate. Viene con papas y salsas, todo por un precio considerable. La presentación muy bonita y completa. El sabor, muy muy bueno. Una queda satisfecha pero no cae pesada. Me preocupa el lugar donde la hacen, ya que puede haber contaminación cruzada, hay que tener cuidado con eso! El queso yo solicité que se lo quitaran. Son muy flexibles con laa peticiones veganas.
