I can’t remember the name of this bowl as it’s newer on the menu but it was delicious! Seitan strips, hummus, pickled cabbage, salad leaves and more! I will definitely get again…if I remember the name 🤣

This is absolutely incredible, with so many sources of protein including tempeh and houmous, and lovely Mediterranean vegetables ❤️ I had it with some of the special potato wedges which were really nice too 😋
