One of the challenges I thought I would face if I become vegan, is the lack of local cuisine options since many local dishes contain meat as a primary ingredient. I have since found many veganized local culinary gems and this vegan kway Chup is one of them. Yummy and savoury with loads of firm tofu and tofu puffs. The chilli is bomb too!
