Bok choi, brown mushrooms and ginger sautéed in a red Thai curry paste then poached in a coconut broth finished off with thick ramen noodles and crispy tempura tofu! Delicious with a nice bite. I did add some extra chilli though.

Oh my holy hell. This burger is everything. Huge in size and equally massive in flavour. Black bean, beetroot and butternut burger patty topped with grilled aubergine, fresh tomato, lettuce and vegan mozzarella topped with sriracha mayo or hummus on a whole-wheat bun served with rosemary pataties. Soooooo good. HIGHLY recommend!

Japanese tofu dumplings steamed in a very light aromatic coconut broth filled with leeks, mushrooms and cabbage seasoned with yellow curry and lime. Hearty and delicious. An excellent meal. HIGHLY recommend.

I traded the Japanese rice for brown rice. Tossed with a sesame and soy dressing, topped with its sugar snap peas, cucumber pearls, pickled ginger, crispy tofu, avocado, Chinese cabbage and pickled red onion. Delicious and fresh!

A creamy peanut butter, coconut citrus broth packed with tofu, mushrooms , spring onion, lemon grass, ginger, peanuts, chilli and ramen noodles. So dam tasty and delicious. HIGHLY recommend.
