Shitake and Tofu Wonton Broth

This was delicious. Shiitake and tofu wontons steamed in a light, aromatic broth filled with leaks, shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, seasoned with soy sauce, sesame oil and a drizzle of lime. Truelly delicious and wholesome.
