If you’re anywhere near Genalguacil, Spain, you have to make this trip just for this restaurant! Anyways, about this dish… it’s also amazing! I loved it uniqueness. It was hard to choose because everything was so good, this was our favourite dish. These #seitanskewers we so boldly flavoured that they didn’t even need a dipping sauce, but the #peppersauce that they come with only added them! This sauce isn’t spicy, but is full of flavour! SO GOOD! These #corntortillas were delicious, crunchy, and didn’t get soft when the toppings were added. The #chili was well seasoned.
