What a great open faced #sandwich 🥪 The #bread was a bit too soft and not tasteful enough but the rest of the ingredients were great! Love that the bread was toasted and warm. It’s spread with their #homemade #cashew #creamcheese. It was creamy and rich! Then #kimchi followed, which wasn’t too fermented, thus it didn’t overpower anything but provided a good crunch and spice. Some soft #avocado on top, with crunchy #sesame seed crackers and #cilantro 🌿 as well as some #pomegranate seeds for a bit of sweet sourness . Loved it

Not quite winter anymore but still very tasty 😋 #healthy The base is nicely marinated and softly massaged #kale. 🥬 It’s #raw but due to the massaging it turns soft while retaining a great texture. There are many things on top of the kale! Roasted red #grapes for a sweet and smoky touch, savory #granola for a crunch factor, baked and marinated soft #carrots 🥕, sautéed #mushrooms for #umami, soft boiled #sweetpotato pieces, poached #pear, #pomegranate seeds, a #pea mash, black #lentils and seeds! Came with a sweet salty dressing. All components worked well and complimented each other. It was nicely tied together by the dressing! #lunch #mushroomlover
