From Jan 22’ trip to Mexico 🇲🇽
Decided to try a variety of tacos to review more than one kind!
Starting on the right is the Baja styled taco consists of breaded oyster mushrooms topped with carrots, sprouts, red onion, avocado, cilantro and house sauce. I liked it but the least favorite of all the ones I tasted.
Next is the Carnitas tartaleta soya tacos which was my fav of all 4!!! Amazing flavor and ended up taking some to go for later 😋
Ok the second to the left is the Asada de soya taco which resembles your typical “ground” taco, but also soy (tvp) based. This was my husband’s favorite and also very tasty! We also took a few of these to go for a later snack.
Ok the last one (far left) is the taco de barbacoa which I believe was mushroom based. Also very delicious! Will definitely be back next time we’re are in this area!!
