I'm not sure this is a thing outside of Brazil, so lemme explain: it's like a panettone but instead of dried fruits there's chocolate drops. And as usual, Bake It brought it to a whole new level. I've never had one (vegan or not) as light and fluffy in my life. They have been trying for years to get the perfect vegan recipe for it and I'm sure they achieved it. Everything is top quality and there's no artificial flavoring to bring this masterpiece to life. But with all this qualities, why such a low rating? Well, it's a bit too pricey (totally justifiable by the quality though) for the size. I don't think I will buy it next year cause it's not something for which I have such big standards and there's other acceptable vegan options available in the market. #panettone #curitiba
