Overnight Oats

A very nice breakfast to start the day.  Option to have it hot or cold.  I like it when it is warmed.  Lovely flavour.

Organic Veggie breakfast (vegan and gluten free)

This is my number one breakfast to get.  The only thing that it is missing is vegan butter for the toast.  I usually add a latte with coconut milk.   By far the best coffee in Cork.
