The Co Chung Impossible pho was pretty good, though not great and pretty pricey. The broth was decent and the Impossible meat worked, but it didn’t hit the spot like some other vegan phos I’ve tried. It was a little sweeter than I’d prefer, and I would’ve liked more fresh herbs. That said, it’s still a good option - I’d definitely be keen to try the other vegan dishes on their menu! #veganpho #plantbasedeats #impossiblefoods #heartymeal

Ouh I really enjoyed this,so so delicious I always have their #veganpho here,finally tried ths. There’s the #vermicelli,loads of #shitakemushrooms , #springrolls , #seitan #mockmeat , #coriander ,topped with #peanuts And the #sauce ,so simple but refreshing #soysauce base and something else,lovely balance of sweet spicy Pour the sauce over n mix it n i usually keep some to dip the #springrolls in Ask for their #chillipaste paste if you’re into spicy stuff

Maybe I had high expectations but I didn't like it. The saving grace was the pickled garnish.

A much healthier option from the fried version of the #springrolls. Taste was allrite,nothing spectacular. A rather generous amount of vege,tofu,and #mockmeat using #seitan me thinks. The #sauce was the sesame paste one,i added on #sriracha sauce for more oomph. For springrolls i much prefer the ones at The Kind Bowl,but for #pho this eatery serves my favourite one for sure. So much tht i wld actually queue,something i dread doing.

Oh wow this is so so good!! I was seriously craving for #pho and this is such a good one. The broth is so delicious,light, tasty. A bit sweet but not as sweet as the one at The Kind Bowl. Comes with the #ricenoodles , #shitakemushrooms , #tofu, #taupok, #beansprouts, onions n herbs. I wld hv loved more fresh herbs in it but oh well,i understand tht herbs are not so cheap in this expensive island. And yes having it with #impossiblemeat really makes it feel like d authentic ‘meat dish. I think i found my favourite vegan pho! So good,ill have this again anytime.

This impossible pho at Co Chung was really good! Broth was flavourful. Loaded with fresh herbs, impossible meat, tofu, mushrooms, bean sprout and rice noodles. Good size portion. Would order again!

A good warming bowl of pho! Flavours are amazing. Comes with minced impossible meat and tau pok. Overall recommend, though a little pricey.

This spring roll is wrapped with mock ham slices and TONS of rice vermicelli - too much, in fact. I would not recommend this!
