Vegan Ramen in white broth. It was decent but am not a fan. For me the flavours were missing. Good part was that the staff speaks english so was easy to have the conversation.

It's as delicious as eating pork bone ramen! Rich but light soup and whole grain noodles, green beans and wheat protein char-siu. It is a plant-based ramen that is delicious to eat. Recommended. まるで豚骨ラーメンを食べているような美味しさ！濃厚なのにあっさりしたスープと全粒粉の麺、いんげん豆と小麦タンパクのチャーシュー。食べごたえがあるプラントベースラーメンです。お勧め。 #abillionlove
