Good vegan dessert! It's made with cookie crumble, homemade mascarpone, pistachio and kadayf mix, all topped with dark and milk chocolate. The hard slab of chocolate was so satisfying to break with the spoon and the pistachio and kadayf mix added a wonderful crunch. The mascarpone was slightly sour instead. Huge vegan cinnamon roll with Lotus Biscoff cream! So satisfying if you're a fan of these biscuits. The Biscoff cream was rich and sweet, with that signature cinnamon-spiced, buttery and biscuity flavour.
