It’s really interesting how different Impossible Burgers can be depending on how a restaurant makes them. I had one a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it so I tried ordering one at this restaurant. I was really happy to see that the entire burger 🍔 including the cheese was vegan but it didn’t taste very good. It was super dry and the vegan cheese was the kind that sticks to your teeth which ends up feeling really weird and making me feel like my teeth are covered in plastic when I’m talking. Sometimes I just want to ask chefs to try their own product before serving it lol 😂 #alleyon25 #impossibleburger #impossiblefoods #burger #veganburger #tryharder

Wow! This salad is absolutely amazing. Cold soba noodles with edamame and tons of slivered veggies, green onions and sesame seeds. Definitely a lot better than the Impossible Burger I had here. If you’re in the area check it out! #andaz #andazsingapore #arabstreet #alleyon25 #soba #salad

Great burger with a gorgeous view on the 25th floor of Andaz! Vegan cheese was nicely melted. Impossible meat patty was well seasoned and not overly salty. Served with fresh vegetables and pickles in between toasted burger buns. Love the thick hand cut fries too!

Andaz Vegan Bowl consists of Impossible meat, quinoa, lettuce, corn, guacamole, tomato and corn tortilla chips. Love how fresh the vegetables are. Impossible meat resembled chilli con carne here. Guacamole was smooth and had a tinge of citrus in there. The only downside of this dish was the corn tortilla chips. It tasted rather blend. #veganisnotscary

This was 1 out of 4 vegan dishes on their menu that I tried! It’s flavourful enough but not memorable. And for a hefty price of S$20, it won’t be something I’ll come back for 😐

Wasn't on their menu, requested for a soy latte. They served me a cold latte with milk instead. 🤨 eventually served a soy latte that tasted pretty normal. They didn't have oat milk.
