Vegan quesadillas (customised)

Was at their brunch buffet during the weekend and chose their Quesadillas main. They gladly made it vegan for me and didn't have to ask many questions, and came up with a super delicious spinach & mushroom quesadillas which my friends were envious of! This is lighter than the usual cheesy and unhealthy quesadillas and I loved it! #crf
