Spicy Tofu

Got this to throw into a bowl of ramen, it’s well seasoned though I wouldn’t call it spicy. The texture is chewy and dense, can be eaten as a snack. #tofu

I love this stuff. Sooo juicy and flavourful and the perfect texture to just throw in at the end of cooking a dish - doesn’t even need to be fried, and is also delicious cold. Can’t wait to get this stuff again it’s delicious and couldn’t be more convenient

Very meaty looking tofu. Got it at my local Asian supermarket. Be warned this is very spicy, too much for the wife! It's quite oily but has a decent texture. Needs a beer with it.
