Shoreditch Smoked

Nel complesso molto buono il sapore e bellissimo packaging, ma purtroppo non mi ha convinta la consistenza. 🧀 We can’t resist getting La Fauxmagerie whenever we see it in Waitrose which is all the time. They are regularly stocking it now and it’s often on sale which makes it more irresistible. First time trying their #smoked #vegancheese which is probably meant to imitate cheddar. It was really nice and I’d get it again for flavor. I prefer their Camemvert which is award winning. They’ve all had a makeover with new boxes. Definitely worth trying if you are a #cheeselover. La Fauxmagerie used to just have a little ‘cheese’ shop in London and it was owned by two sisters. But recently they have been taken over/joined forces with a small vegan pizza chain, Purezza So now I can get their cheeses in my local Waitrose supermarket. They’re not cheap, but they are tasty. This one is really nice. It’s slightly soft, has a gentle smoky taste and I ate it in two sittings. I would buy it again, but as a treat.

A creamy and tasty cheese, the flavour it's so similar to an animal cheese so I can't eat very often!
