Delicious 😋!!! This savory stuffed turk’y roasts by Gardein were incredibly tasty and the perfect New Year’s Eve lunch for 2! I prepared these plates for hubby and I and boy did they hit the spot! I microwaved as instructed and then popped them in the airfryer for 10 minutes flipping 1/2 way through to crisp up the crust!! So far my favorite holiday roast! Filled with a delicious savory stuffing, cranberries and sage! Came with a gravy packet that we enjoyed very much! Talk about #proteinrich ! High in fat but low in saturated fat. We had a hard time finding the holiday roast this year so we got these instead. I liked them! My vegan group was split 50/50 on taste. Crispy on outside and good “meaty” texture on inside. (Yep I forgot the veggie lol. I’m a bad vegan lol)

This is a great vegan alternative for Turkey, during the holidays or at any time. I think this product tastes pretty good and it goes perfectly with meals during this time of year. The stuffing has cranberries and the sage gives it a nice flavor. It also comes with a good vegan gravy. Even my non-vegan family members like this vegan substitute for Turkey the best.
