These strips are good for protein and fibre and also low in fat! Not flavoured other than a bit salty. Basically soy protein strips stocked by Colesworth - I'm fairly certain that a better-value-by-weight product could be found at Asian grocers though. #soyprotein #veganchicken

The product tasted just like chicken, it could be used for many different vegan chicken dishes.
Not my favourite but still pretty good, spot on texture and a great addition to meals 🩵 #veganisnotscary 🎃
I’m not the biggest fan of mock meats, but these gluten-free strips are great for adding a bit of extra protein to a stir-fry.
Really good and easy to cook with. Often add them to pad thai. The texture is so good. Tastes like chicken but without the disgusting gristle etc. They are gluten free as well.
