First I didn't like the smell when I opened the package. I was afraid the cheese didn't melt well enough. However, the taste was nice and melty. I may buy it again if the other cheese is not going to be available.

Oooh, these shreds have a taste that reminds me of blue cheese. Probably just the one pack though, because the blue flavour was unexpected (but much appreciated 😁). #vegancheese
