Barbecue Seitan

This was so tasty and I'm glad I finally tried it. Their prices seem to be pretty high these days... I think this was about $18. That said, I got two entrees so I have a fair bit leftover. The flavour of this was only made better when I threw it in with the sauce from my gai lan dish. Highly recommend everyone do that!

The best dish they offer. The texture and taste is amazing! It has a wonderful smokey sweet flavour. It’s a large portion so it’s great as an appetizer to share with a group.
