Yasai shoyu ramen

They have a few vegan options of ramen and other dishes. Delicious. Love it here.

I have ordered ramen, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of the ingredients they contained: noodles (duh), seaweed, Heura (“chicken”), bamboo, carrots, pack choi, onions and sauce. The soup (which comes separately) was absolutely perfect.
