I love #seaweed but I have to say that this color is not natural 😭 I think they must add green dye. Of course you can see this green seaweed in nature but once they harvest and dry it and then dehydrate it doesn't look like this. So that did put me off. The flavor was good though. At first I thought the salad was a bit too slimy...I did finish it but I have to say I wouldn't order this one again. 75 baht is a good price though!
#chukawakame 😋 Call it #seaweed #salad or whatever you will, I love this and will seek it out at any #japanese place that I go to 🙂 This one was especially juicy and tasty and savoury and #umami 😋 A really nice way to get the meal going - precisely what an #appetiser should do!
