This caprese sandwich is the real deal! So so so good and so much flavor. The Mac n cheese compliments it on the side!

This sandwich was absolutely delicious! The pesto was fresh and bright, and the vegan mozzarella was the closest I’ve had to the real thing. I’ve only been vegan for about a year, so the memory of what dairy cheese tastes like is still pretty fresh in my head. Vtopia’s mozz blew my mind. I will definitely be coming back to try more items!

Perfect! Authentic Italian taste but completely Vegan! Best vegan mozzarella cheese I have ever tasted! Even my children loved it!
