Spring Roll

not a great deal of flavour but extremely nutritious. my body was very pleased. the veg selection inside was simple, nothing special, perhaps the addition of bell pepper would have elevated it slightly

Minced mock meat, grated carrots and cucumbers and lettuce in a rice paper wrap. Light and refreshing and has a bit of a meaty taste too!
