Vegan Schnitzel

[ENG] 🌱A weekend in Warsaw is a must-visit at the Comedy Club. 🙂 Laughter increases an appetite, so you have to eat something. And since Veganda is across the street, the choice was easy. I really like this place. It has a great atmosphere, good wine, and friendly service. What more could you want? 🥕 From the summer menu, we had the soy schnitzel. It was very tasty. Thanks to the marinade, it was full of umami. Very good, aromatic but without a meaty taste, with a nice breading. Large portion size, cutlet was a little oily for my taste, but the potatoes and cucumbers were good. Restaurant has vegan options, otherwise it is a vegetarian restaurant.

The potato purée was close to perfect, creamy and tasty. The other vegetables were OK. The Schnitzel itself tasted good, but was very difficult to slice with the dull knife provided and not easy to chew.

The sour cream had a bit of a weird texture and the schnitzel had some sweet aftertaste that I didn't particularly enjoy. If I were to go again to this restaurant (and I probably would, because it's a really nice fully vegan place) I'd probably pick a different thing on the menu.
