Vegan Sunrise

First #Belgian #waffle of the trip, this was a savoury one topped with the most delicious #smokedcheese , dried #tomatoes , #avocado and #walnuts . It looks all green and healthy (the waffle dough contains spinach), but the taste was magnificent, I truly loved it. Thank you @curtistheweirdcat for taking me here🥰

Waffles here are vegan and #glutenfree, made with chickpea and rice flour and banana. The vegan sunrise is topped with vg cheese dried tomato, avocado, walnuts and sprouts. It’s as yummy as it sounds. Enjoyable, but a bit pricey. If you’re after a light lunch you could consider. They do have sweet waffles as well. #belgianwaffles Close to the Brussels city museum and Grand Place: one to consider if you’re planning a visit to the museum and need food after. Not vegan but with plenty of options. Vg breakfasts, and Sandwiches, salads, also waffles (Sweet/Savoury). Food isnt the cheapest. Bathrooms require going up some stairs. #brussels #museumeats

This should have been called Vegan Heaven, super smoky flavour, cheese and bacon on point paired with dried tomatoes. Delicious!
