Carrot Cupcakes

Delicious!! Loved the icing and I’m usually not an icing fan! The chocolate and candied pecans on top was 😍 and I loved the little surprise piece of pineapple inside! Would have been nice if if was a bit fluffier and not so raw but for a vegan Gf cupcake it’s to be expected😋

Delicious if eaten in small portions. The icing is quite thick and sweet hence limited amounts seemed best to me. #capetown #southafrica
