A sensation! With vegan flank steak, green & red bell peppers, onions & Cuban seasonings, last Saturday evening I was served the future of food, and that future looks bright & tastes delicious. Not only did we have the pleasure of dining Al fresco on a gorgeous spring evening, I also got to see my non-vegan friends genuinely interested in discovering the restaurant’s new (to us) vegan options.
