A sensation! With vegan flank steak, green & red bell peppers, onions & Cuban seasonings, last Saturday evening I was served the future of food, and that future looks bright & tastes delicious. Not only did we have the pleasure of dining Al fresco on a gorgeous spring evening, I also got to see my non-vegan friends genuinely interested in discovering the restaurant’s new (to us) vegan options. Yum! I’m visiting Chicago soon and wonder what restaurants you most recommend. My parents are in western suburbs but we’ll be visiting the city many times and staying with friends in Wrigleyville.
